The Halloween Astronomy Extravaganza comprised of two ticketed events, the first – Herschel 200th Anniversary: Astronomy, Music, Extraterrestrials – celebrates the monumental achievements of 18th-century astronomer and composer Sir William Herschel.

Toronto Musicians’ Association names Levon Ichkhanian 2022 Musician of the Year
Ph.D. student Levon Ichkhanian is the Toronto Musicians' Association's 2022 Musician of the Year. The award recognized Ichkhanian's dedication to excellence in all aspects of music and the high standard of professionalism and artistry he set for the Association. Past winners include Shawn Mendes, Nelly Furtado and former York University chancellor Oscar Peterson.

From May 19 to 23, the PODIUM 2022 national biennial bilingual choral conference will be held online and in person in Toronto, Ontario.
