To be considered for admission, Ontario high school students require six 4U or 4M courses including ENG4U. Applicants to Digital Media also require a 4U Math.

Your username is the email address you provided when you registered with our Supplementary Evaluation system, and your password is your 9-digit York reference ID.
If you have previously logged in successfully, please use the "Reset my Password" option on the website. If you have not logged in successfully before, please email evalampd@yorku.ca with your name and student number.
Applications can be made to the Ontario University Application Centre (OUAC) www.ouac.on.ca.

Login to MyFile, where you can view the status of your application and accept your offer of admission.
If you do not submit all requirements of your application, you will eventually receive notice you were not admitted, or that your application is ineligible.
The deadline dates are for guaranteed consideration. Applications will continue to be processed and reviewed following these dates until the program capacity is filled.
It is recommended all students submit their supplementary application before the due date.
