As executive director of site activation and programming at Northcrest Developments, Mitchell Marcus (BA ’04) is turning an industrial site into a vibrant new destination with concerts, markets, art installations and more. Once the redevelopment is complete, YZD will be just four subway stops from York’s Keele Campus.
